A great birthday card, especially if they were born on July 4th. The flower pot, stack of presents, balloon and puppy were hand stamped and colored with watercolor markers using a palette and paintbrush. Flowers and foliage were hand stamped in the pot and softened with water and a paintbrush. The heart shaped balloon and celebrate were cut out with metal dies and attached with pop dots for added dimension. The inside of the card is blank. The card measures 4.25" x 5.5" and comes with an envelope. It is shipped in a cellophane envelope and comes from a smoke free environment.
