A modern Valentine card which can also be used as an Anniversary or an I Love You card. The floral heart is stamped with versa mark ink and then heat embossed in black. It is then hand colored with alcohol markers. The heart is cut out with a circle die which is then mounted on a black scalloped circle, which is then mounted on another white circle. The card has a panel of black cardstock and a panel of black and white patterned paper to give it a modern feel. The heart circle is adhered to the left half of the card and a white bow is added. A small banner which reads "Love You" is added with pop dots to the bottom front of the card. The inside of the card is blank. The card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and comes with a white envelope which has an envleope liner of the coordinating patterned paper. It is shipped in a cellophane envelope and comes from a smoke free environment.
